Please note that all sales are final.

Drop-in passes expire 30 days after the date of purchase.

The 30-day UNLIMITED Yoga Pass (new clients only) expires 30 days from the date of purchase.

Class packs expire 9 months from the date of purchase.

Class reservations must be canceled at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time of the class to avoid losing credit for the class.

To cancel your reservation, you may do so through your account.

All workshop sales are final and cannot be canceled.

Please be courteous to your fellow yogis and cancel your class reservations in advance.

I am new to yoga. What classes should I take?


You are welcome in any class but as a beginner, we suggest Yoga for Beginners.




Do you have Hot Yoga classes?


Yes, we plan to offer Hota Yoga classes once the pandemic has subsided and with guidance from CDC guidelines.




What should I bring with me?


All you need is a mat, small towel, water bottle, and an open mind.




Do I need my own mat?


Due to COVID-19 once our brick and mortar studio opens, please bring your own mat. Virtually, you will need a mat as well. It is also wise to have props such as a yoga blanket, a strap, and blocks available.




Do I have to be barefoot?


Shoes are not allowed in the studio. Barefoot is best, but if you prefer not to be barefoot yoga socks with grips will work.




Can I just show up and take a class?


No. Advanced registration is required.




Do you have a membership option?


Yes! For $99/month you can take UNLIMITED yoga classes. A four-month commitment is required.




Can I share the 10-class pass?


Class passes are for individual use.




Can I have a private event?


Yes! We’d love to host your private event. Email us for details.
